Tao Living Guidelines
The following guidelines and the daily routine of spiritual practice help us create and maintain the energy and environment that best supports the goals of all trainees and visitors.
1. Follow the daily practice routine and participate in daily rituals
6:00 AM – 6:30 AM: Morning Prayer and Meditation
5:20 PM – 5:50 PM: Evening Prayer and Meditation
2. Work and practice honestly, diligently and responsibly.
3. Always honor mindful silence in public places. If you have to talk, please talk softly.
4. Keep your mind at your lower abdomen and treat people and things
with humble respect and gratitude.
5. Live the Words of Life of Tao Fellowship.
6. Quiet the mind, regulate breath, and withdraw sensation.
(No meat, alcohol or smoking is allowed. Refrain from exposure to information.)
7. Be mindful of your Dahnjon (the energy center at your lower abdomen) and grow energy
to realize your true self, widely benefit humanity and harmonize the world.
8. Be grateful to Heaven, Earth and Human:
Be grateful to Heaven for creating all
Be grateful to the Earth for growing all
Be grateful to the Human for making things to use
Be grateful for everything all the time at any place
9. Love humanity and love the Earth.
10. Hold Spiritual Completion—Chun-Hwa, as your life purpose.
