Registration for Accommodations

If you are joining BMT(Brain Management Training) or Do-Tong Course, please fill this out and submit for the arrangement of your accommodations.

To reserve your room, payment must be made in advance by credit card or check. If you cancel 14 days prior to the start date of the program, your payment will be refunded in full minus $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel 13 days or less prior to the start date of program, 50% of your payment will be refunded. There is no refund for cancellation on the start date of the program and after.
