Training Programs
The foundation of Tao training traditionally consists of Healing, Ki-Gong and Meditation. At the Sedona Mago Retreat, these three components can form a variety of training programs in multiple levels, respectively or in combination. Tao Living Guidelines function as a general guidance in the daily routine of all these programs at our Sedona Retreat Center. The major focus areas of our training programs are spiritual awakening, self-realization and natural healing of body, mind and spirit.
