Dining Services for Mindful Eating
Our dining staff prepares health-conscious, pesco-vegetarian meals that include fish, eggs and dairy. Our food is naturally prepared and features seasonal fruits and vegetables that come straight from our organic garden. We support the surrounding community by using locally-grown produce as much as possible. Dining service is available for all three meals, served in buffet style. To support our members and guests for their spiritual practices, we do not serve meat. No alcohol or smoking is allowed on the premises for the same reason.

Healing Garden and Lake: One of our most beautiful amenities is our Healing Garden. With its beautiful lake surrounded by trees and flowers, it is a haven for many types of wild birds. There is an adjacent herb garden where you can smell the aromas and energy of rosemary, sage, mint, lavender, lantana white and oregano. Stroll through the garden, meditate with nature, or simply sit and enjoy the scenery. As you walk into the herb garden, your whole body and mind are cleansed by the scents and sounds that surround you.

Swimming pool: Our outdoor pool and Jacuzzi has a capacity for 60 people and is surrounded by dramatic vistas: majestic rock formations and stunning starlight panoramic views at night.

Gift shop: At the Gift shop, you can purchase meditation tools, clothing and toiletries. There is a lounge that is open 24 hours a day where participants can sit, read or talk. Close by are laundry machines and dryers. Valuables can be stored at the Welcome center.

Organic Garden: Our organic garden is a rich desert oasis. All natural and organic, it bears healthy, nutrient-rich foods. Throughout the year, in-season fruits such as plums, apples and watermelons from the orchard grace Mago’s dining tables and fill our guests with deep, energy-rich nourishment. Mago’s vegetables including zucchini, cucumber, pepper, radish, cabbage and summer squash, also enhance your dining experience at Mago. Take time to visit the rich and colorful flower garden, orchards and greenhouses that we cultivate for our guests.

Vortexes: We have 12 small vortexes that make up one large vortex. A vortex is a place on the Earth where unusual amounts of subtle electromagnetic energy flow through. Of the Earth’s 21 known vortexes, five are in Sedona. Our mini-vortexes are ideal places for meditation and relaxation.
