Sedona Ilchi Meditation Center

Sedona Ilchi Meditation Center(SIMC) is nestled within the awe-inspiring red rocks and vortices of Sedona. It was founded in 1998 in order to become the home from which the ideals of Tao Fellowship may flower and go forth to awaken the human consciousness. At SIMC, you will attain health and enlightenment of your holistic self in your pursuit of a Fellowship in Tao with your fellow human beings.

SIMC is located about 40 min. from Sedona, occupying about 160 acres of pristine land within the boundaries of the Coconino National Forest. Its buildings have been designed by a student of the renowned architect, Frank Lloyd Wright, blending in the building with the beauty of the red rocks and high desert to create a living masterpiece of nature friendly dwellings and buildings.

Designated as one of 5 Vortices in the Sedona region, SIMC itself contains 12 smaller vortices within and around its borders. It is a land with harmonious energy that shares its healing with all who walk within her boundaries.

The region created by the 12 small vortices is called "Mago Garden." "Mago" is the name of the Mother Earth in ancient Asian tradtion, much akin to Gaia of Greek legends. Therefore, Mago Garden is an acknowledgement of the closeness and warmth that one feels to earth when standing upon this land.

SIMC is blessed not only with the natural beauty of the Earth but is also equipped with comfortable training facilities both inside and outside. It serves healthful meals consisting of Eastern and Western culinary delights, and provides various growth programs for both individuals and groups, based upon the principles of Tao Fellowship. It is a place perfect for rest, relaxation, and spiritual growth.

SIMC is a dynamic training ground for you to experience the living principles of Tao Fellowship and apply it in your everyday life. Every year, thousands of people from the USA, Canada, Korea, Europe, Brazil, and Japan visit SIMC to partake in the fellowship of Tao.
